Eric Hafford
As the CEO of TGAD, Eric Hafford leads with a vision rooted in the discipline of military service and the precision of enterprise-level data analysis. A Senior NCO in the U.S. Air Force and a multi-certified leader, Eric has spent over 20 years driving organizational impact and successful digital transformations.
Before founding TGAD, Eric served in multiple roles at firms like ASRC Federal and Fidelity Investments, where he specialized in aligning resources to complex business needs and leading distributed teams through high-stakes deliveries. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration (MIS) from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Under his leadership, TGAD focuses on bridging the gap between raw data and strategic execution, ensuring that every organization can turn trends and analysis into decisive action.

Samuel Lockwood
As the Chief Operating Officer of TGAD, Samuel Lockwood leads with a focus on execution, scalability, and operational discipline. With a background rooted in full-stack software engineering, he brings a systems-driven mindset to building the infrastructure, processes, and delivery models that power the company’s growth.
Before co-founding TGAD, Samuel held engineering and leadership roles across organizations where he specialized in developing and modernizing enterprise applications, optimizing performance across complex data systems, and leading teams through full software development lifecycles.
At TGAD, Samuel is responsible for translating strategy into execution—designing repeatable systems, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring consistent delivery across every engagement. His leadership centers on accountability, efficiency, and precision, enabling TGAD to operate with the structure of an enterprise organization while maintaining the agility of a growing firm.

As the Chief Technology Officer of TGAD, Teymur Mammadov leads the company’s technical vision, software architecture, and engineering strategy. With 15 years of experience in software development and enterprise technology, he brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to building secure, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
Before co-founding TGAD, Teymur held software engineering roles at multiple levels across government contracting and private-sector environments, supporting complex systems where reliability, performance, and sound technical execution are essential. His experience spans application architecture, system modernization, software delivery, and translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Teymur holds a Master of Science in Computer Science. At TGAD, he is responsible for guiding the company’s technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring that every solution is built on a strong architectural foundation. His leadership emphasizes technical excellence, long-term reliability, and technology decisions that align with each client’s mission and strategic goals.
